Being ethical involves doing what the law commands. Information ethics focuses on the correlation between the creation, organisation, distribution, and use of information whereas, computer ethics is set of moral principles that control the application of computers.

The [course_title] will provide a brief introduction to the ethics in information technology and computer science, including explains why ethics are increasingly becoming essential in the twenty-first century.

Assessment

This course does not involve any written exams. Students need to answer 5 assignment questions to complete the course, the answers will be in the form of written work in pdf or word. Students can write the answers in their own time. Each answer needs to be 200 words (1 Page). Once the answers are submitted, the tutor will check and assess the work.
