[course_title] course familiarises you with the basic concepts of object-oriented software engineering. The course teaches you how to apply UML modelling, patterns and project management techniques while developing complex software systems. The course focuses on the object design, system design, testing, requirement analysis, object-oriented programming, project organisation and software configuration management. Finally, the course shows you how developers package their code into builds and release the software to users and customers

Through the interactive course, you will be engaged in quizzes, UML modelling with peer reviews, and programming exercises. Immediate feedback will also be given so that you will be able to correct and improve yourself.

Assessment

This course does not involve any written exams. Students need to answer 5 assignment questions to complete the course, the answers will be in the form of written work in pdf or word. Students can write the answers in their own time. Each answer needs to be 200 words (1 Page). Once the answers are submitted, the tutor will check and assess the work.

Certification
