  1. Recruitment Consultant Diploma

    4

A comprehensive course covering all of the areas relevant to recruiting. The exam does ask some very in depth questions from the case studies so thorough notes from those areas are recommended. Overall, a very worthwhile course aimed at introductory level recruiting.

  2. Interesting and rewarding

    5

Great course that will be of significant interest if you currently work in the field or have ambitions to do so.

Some of the questions in the final exam are extremely vague and not very helpful or informative. For example, I was asked “How much did the manager lose?” – This was in relation to an earlier case study that I covered long before I took the final exam. Obviously, unless you have an incredible memory, this can be an issue for some.

Overall though it’s easy enough if you apply yourself and take notes on a notepad along the way.
