Weight training is one of the common and most popular ways of strength training to increase the strength and size of skeletal muscles. The [course_title] course all the essential techniques of weight training so that you can able to get strength skeletal muscles or help others to get the perfect skeletal muscles.

The course is suitable for all types of learners: from beginners to intermediate weight lifter. The people who have experience in weightlifting but lack proper instruction will also be greatly benefitted from the course. In short, the course explains the biomechanics involved in weightlifting, use of muscle in exercise, the stroke techniques, etc.

Assessment

This course does not involve any written exams. Students need to answer 5 assignment questions to complete the course, the answers will be in the form of written work in pdf or word. Students can write the answers in their own time. Each answer needs to be 200 words (1 Page). Once the answers are submitted, the tutor will check and assess the work.

Certification
