Learn the effective and successful Project management skill
Throughout the0 [course_title] course, you will learn the management principles, methods, and tools so that you can confidently and efficiently plan and implement successful system and product development projects.
The course presents you a practical framework for managing a project that starts with project preparing and followed by the process of project planning, monitoring, projects adapting, and completing the project. All these steps will be discussed and explained in the course.
Apart from these, the course also focuses on the classical techniques such as CPM and PERT along with the new methodologies and tools such as Design Structure Matrix (DSM), probabilistic project simulation, and project system dynamics (SD). Finally, the course illustrates the case studies for understanding the reasons for success and failure in the complex project.
In short, the course includes System Project Management processes from the strategic, tactical, and operational point of view.
Assessment
This course does not involve any written exams. Students need to answer 5 assignment questions to complete the course, the answers will be in the form of written work in pdf or word. Students can write the answers in their own time. Each answer need to be 200 words (1 Page). Once the answers are submitted, the tutor will check and assess the work.
