Human Resource Management nowadays is not just about payroll and recruitment; it is also about being able to respond to customer’s global needs rapidly. Our administrative, human resource management course provides you with the skills utilised by the experienced managers in the world of professional HR. With this course, you build up an expert discernment and knowledge to manage core HR issues. It also focuses on mechanics of organisational change and on to the competencies required to manage both people as well as processes.

Assessment

This course does not involve any written exams. Students need to answer 5 assignment questions to complete the course, the answers will be in the form of written work in pdf or word. Students can write the answers in their own time. Each answer needs to be 200 words (1 Page). Once the answers are submitted, the tutor will check and assess the work.

Certification
