Lean Six Sigma is a methodology that aims at minimising the waste and wants to create the most efficient system possible. The [course_title] course teaches the principles and practices of Lean Six Sigma methods so that you can apply the techniques in your business organisation and reduce the percentage of waste.

The purpose of the course is to guide you to learn the techniques of Lean Six Sigma for implementing the method in manufacturing operations. You will also learn to operate with the awareness of Lean Six Sigma at the enterprise level.

Assessment

This course does not involve any written exams. Students need to answer 5 assignment questions to complete the course, the answers will be in the form of written work in pdf or word. Students can write the answers in their own time. Each answer needs to be 200 words (1 Page). Once the answers are submitted, the tutor will check and assess the work.

Certification
