Proper Office Administration is responsible for the success of any business. The [course_title] course is designed to introduce you to the skills that are necessary for administrating and managing an office.

The course is split into three sections covering three major and vital components of office administration:

  • Administrative Support
  • Bookkeeping & Payroll Management
  • Microsoft Excel

At first, you will learn the techniques you need to support or manage office environment including employee management, communication skills and more. Next, the fundamental concepts of financial terms, Bookkeeping & Payroll Management will be covered in the curse. Finally, you will learn to use Microsoft Excel for managing your office works.

Assessment

This course does not involve any written exams. Students need to answer 5 assignment questions to complete the course, the answers will be in the form of written work in pdf or word. Students can write the answers in their own time. Each answer needs to be 200 words (1 Page). Once the answers are submitted, the tutor will check and assess the work.

Certification
