The synchrotrons and x-ray free-electron lasers (XFELS) are called as the Science’s premier microscopic tools. It is used in various fields such as molecular biology, catalytical chemistry, cultural heritage, environmental science, and other studies of electronic properties.

Learning from this Synchrotrons and X-Ray Free Electron Lasers Training Course will help you understand more about different principles of scientific disciplines related to the generation of x-rays. You will also learn the different modern experiments performed from machines that produce x-ray sources through here.

Assessment

This course does not involve any written exams. Students need to answer 5 assignment questions to complete the course, the answers will be in the form of written work in pdf or word. Students can write the answers in their own time. Each answer needs to be 200 words (1 Page). Once the answers are submitted, the tutor will check and assess the work.

Certification
