Swift is a powerful and intuitive programming language for macOS, iOS, watchOS and tvOS. Using Swift, you can build an iOS app. In this course, you will master the features of the programming language for creating your very first iOS app.

The course covers the essential concepts of Swift programming language such as types, variables, constants, and functions. The course also amalgamates syntax exercises with hands-on iOS development in Xcode.

Upon completion, you will be able to create an iOS app that will generate and display song lyrics customised to user input.

Assessment

This course does not involve any written exams. Students need to answer 5 assignment questions to complete the course, the answers will be in the form of written work in pdf or word. Students can write the answers in their own time. Each answer needs to be 200 words (1 Page). Once the answers are submitted, the tutor will check and assess the work.

Certification
