Managing performance only makes sense when you know what performance you need. That starts with understanding the strategic goals in your organization and how to achieve them through the performance of all employees. You will learn to create a simple map to communicate strategic direction, understand the power of performance measurement in guiding strategy execution, gain a realistic view of what balanced scorecards can and cannot deliver, and more.
