Why is it that something always draws us toward disaster? But when it strikes we get puzzled.
This course will help you to manage and plan for response to major disasters. It will help you to deal with public health in case of epidemics of infectious diseases or the breakdown of infrastructure associated with disasters. Your capacity to response to situation like this to reduce human suffering, morbidity and mortality will surely increase.
Assessment
This course does not involve any written exams. Students need to answer 5 assignment questions to complete the course, the answers will be in the form of written work in pdf or word. Students can write the answers in their own time. Each answer needs to be 200 words (1 Page). Once the answers are submitted, the tutor will check and assess the work.
Certification
