Cooking can be fun but it can also be boring if you don’t learn new recipes and try to cook them especially on special occasions. You also need to ensure when you are cooking that you are making a good and safe food for everyone.

You will be given tasks all throughout this [course_title] to help you hasten your cooking skills. This course will also teach you about the possible risks that you may encounter in working in the kitchen to ensure your safety.

Assessment

This course does not involve any written exams. Students need to answer 5 assignment questions to complete the course, the answers will be in the form of written work in pdf or word. Students can write the answers in their own time. Each answer needs to be 200 words (1 Page). Once the answers are submitted, the tutor will check and assess the work.

Certification
