Appreciative Inquiry (AI) is a change management approach that focuses on identifying what is working well, analysing why it is working well and then doing more of it. Appreciative Inquiry allows you to find out the positive sides of your employees.
Throughout the [course_title] course, you will learn about Appreciative Inquiry and able to find out the best in people and know how to utilize that in every day. You will learn to create a positive core, the importance of building positive imagery and other essential skills of Appreciative Inquiry.
Assessment
This course does not involve any written exams. Students need to answer 5 assignment questions to complete the course, the answers will be in the form of written work in pdf or word. Students can write the answers in their own time. Each answer needs to be 200 words (1 Page). Once the answers are submitted, the tutor will check and assess the work.
Certification
