The [course_title] is specially designed to focuses on Shakespeare’s later plays, starting with Measure for Measure and closing with The Tempest. The lectures of this intensive course concentrate on the key themes, issues, arguments, and interpretations of the plays including focusing on questions of genre, gender, politics, society, family relations, silence and speech, and cultural power from royalty, nobility, and the court to clowns and fools.
Assessment
This course does not involve any written exams. Students need to answer 5 assignment questions to complete the course, the answers will be in the form of written work in pdf or word. Students can write the answers in their own time. Each answer needs to be 200 words (1 Page). Once the answers are submitted, the tutor will check and assess the work.
