Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machining is the process through which computers control machine-based processes in manufacturing, especially machines used for manufacturing of metal and plastic products.

In this course, you’ll learn the ins-and-outs of CNC machining; building the essential knowledge to develop and operate a project with a CNC machine. From plan interpretation to machining and quality control, you will learn how to make the right decision in every stage of a project.

Assessment

This course does not involve any written exams. Students need to answer 5 assignment questions to complete the course, the answers will be in the form of written work in pdf or word. Students can write the answers in their own time. Each answer needs to be 200 words (1 Page). Once the answers are submitted, the tutor will check and assess the work.
