Syntax deals with the structure of grammar to form sentences that actually make sense. The concepts of syntax is not a new topic in the linguistic studies so learning about is easier since materials are available from different sources.

This [course_title] is designed to help in immediate understanding of the syntax. You are provided in this course the information about the concepts and principles of syntax which as central significance in the developments of syntactic theory.

Assessment

This course does not involve any written exams. Students need to answer 5 assignment questions to complete the course, the answers will be in the form of written work in pdf or word. Students can write the answers in their own time. Each answer need to be 200 words (1 Page). Once the answers are submitted, the tutor will check and assess the work.
