Organizational behaviour (OB) studies the human behaviour and the way people react to each other. The [course_title] course explains the five major OB areas including managing individuals, managing groups, power and politics, conflict management, and organisational change.

At first, you will learn the general overview and definition of OA along with its history as a discipline. Then, the course will illustrate the five areas.

After completing the course, you will be able to define organisational behaviour at three levels within organisations: the individual, the group, and the organisation as a whole.

Assessment

This course does not involve any written exams. Students need to answer 5 assignment questions to complete the course, the answers will be in the form of written work in pdf or word. Students can write the answers in their own time. Each answer needs to be 200 words (1 Page). Once the answers are submitted, the tutor will check and assess the work.
