This course consist of a series of podcasts related to the MSc in Migration Studies. The programme will allow you to explore human mobility in a historical and global perspective. You will be able to address the complex relations between global political economy, migratory experiences and government and social responses.
Focused topics include racialization and immigrant incorporation, the public policy of migration. You will also know about Migration research at Oxford and how researcher became interested in migration.
Assessment
This course does not involve any written exams. Students need to answer 5 assignment questions to complete the course, the answers will be in the form of written work in pdf or word. Students can write the answers in their own time. Each answer needs to be 200 words (1 Page). Once the answers are submitted, the tutor will check and assess the work.
Certification
