The [course_title] is designed to equip you with the theoretical knowledge, information and resources needed to educate parents and children up to 12 years old on how to lead healthier lifestyles. This course will focus on nutrition and exercise for children and how healthy lifestyle habits such as healthy eating and physical activity can lower the risk of becoming obese. You will also learn how poor food choices can have a detrimental effect leading to health problems later in life.

Assessment

This course does not involve any written exams. Students need to answer 5 assignment questions to complete the course, the answers will be in the form of written work in pdf or word. Students can write the answers in their own time. Each answer needs to be 200 words (1 Page). Once the answers are submitted, the tutor will check and assess the work.

Certification
