Can you imagine the depression, anxiety and pressure a women has to go through during and after pregnancy? The Perinatal Mental Health Project addresses mental illness among pregnant and postnatal women and girls.
This course will let you know all about mental health care during and after pregnancy. As mental disorders such as depression and anxiety, are very common in low-income and informal settings, you will learn to face challenges in accessing health services in such condition.
Assessment
This course does not involve any written exams. Students need to answer 5 assignment questions to complete the course, the answers will be in the form of written work in pdf or word. Students can write the answers in their own time. Each answer needs to be 200 words (1 Page). Once the answers are submitted, the tutor will check and assess the work.
Certification
