If you want to be a trainer, or you are a trainer already and want to develop your training skills more. This [course_title] will help you to become an excellent trainer, it is an exploration of the essential skills that trainers need to develop, and to get you started in the learning process in an interactive and fun environment. Here you will explore how being genuine enhances training. You will identify the elements of good questions and will understand how to apply listening skills, and more. This course does not involve any written exams. Students need to answer 5 assignment questions to complete the course, the answers will be in the form of written work in pdf or word. Students can write the answers in their own time. Each answer needs to be 200 words (1 Page). Once the answers are submitted, the tutor will check and assess the work.
