Microsoft Outlook is helpful software to professionals since it has all the tools and functionality you need for your career. Outlook 2013 is created with new and improved features as compared to its previous versions. Through this course, you will learn all the skills, knowledge, and information about the Outlook 2013. You will learn on how to utilise the program for professional emails, calendar, contacts, and task management. These features and more will then help you communicate faster and easier to your colleagues, clients or anyone you need to communicate with professionally.

Assessment

This course does not involve any written exams. Students need to answer 5 assignment questions to complete the course, the answers will be in the form of written work in pdf or word. Students can write the answers in their own time. Each answer needs to be 200 words (1 Page). Once the answers are submitted, the tutor will check and assess the work.

Certification
