The [course_title] course covers the basic concepts of the computer so that you can able to use a computer efficiently. You will explore the main parts and functions of a computer along with the use of the mouse, keyboard, hardware, operating systems, programs, data, networks, and World Wide Web. The course shows you how to manage your files and folders efficiently.
Instead of these, you will be familiar with different types of internet connection, searching for information, email, and more. The course also covers the advanced techniques of keyboards, spreadsheets, presentations, and databases. Finally, you will learn how to protect your computer from threats and how to secure your emails.
Assessment
This course does not involve any written exams. Students need to answer 5 assignment questions to complete the course, the answers will be in the form of written work in pdf or word. Students can write the answers in their own time. Each answer needs to be 200 words (1 Page). Once the answers are submitted, the tutor will check and assess the work.
