Working while you have a mental health condition or illness can give you a hard time, and create barriers to your recovery. Mental health doesn’t always stay the same, and it fluctuates as circumstances change. As you move onto different stages in your life, you will go through the pressure of work, relationships, etc.

In this [course_title], learn to recognise mental health problems at work as well as discover remarkable ways in which employment affects mental health. Additionally, learn necessary steps to improve mental health, and ways to cope with difficulties and challenges in the workplace.


This course does not involve any written exams. Students need to answer 5 assignment questions to complete the course, the answers will be in the form of written work in pdf or word. Students can write the answers in their own time. Each answer needs to be 200 words (1 Page). Once the answers are submitted, the tutor will check and assess the work.
