Painting is unquestionably more than a simple activity. It’s imperative to understand the objects in the painting or the actions that are being done by the subjects. In this [course_title], you’ll get an introduction to the History of Painting including some best-known Renaissance painting such as Antonio del Pollaiuolo’s Hercules and Deianira (c. 1475-80), Garofalo’s The Conversion of Saint Paul, Peter Paul Rubens’s Hero and Leander, etc. Additionally, discover how to interpret a painting in a particular style.

Assessment

This course does not involve any written exams. Students need to answer 5 assignment questions to complete the course, the answers will be in the form of written work in pdf or word. Students can write the answers in their own time. Each answer needs to be 200 words (1 Page). Once the answers are submitted, the tutor will check and assess the work.

Certification
