A systematic process of identifying, measuring and evaluating the inputs and outputs of two variables to identify the best one is economic evaluation.
In this course you will know how economic theory is linked to economic evaluation techniques like cost-benefit and cost-effectiveness analysis. You will get introduced to the many varieties of economic evaluation. You will know about cost measurement, benefit valuation, and incremental decision-making. Finally you will explore recommendations on performing economic evaluations.
Assessment
This course does not involve any written exams. Students need to answer 5 assignment questions to complete the course, the answers will be in the form of written work in pdf or word. Students can write the answers in their own time. Each answer needs to be 200 words (1 Page). Once the answers are submitted, the tutor will check and assess the work.
