The advanced course [course_title] teaches you how to estimate the cost of equity using the dividend valuation model (DVM) and the capital asset pricing model (CAPM). You will also learn how to how to evaluate the use of the DVM and the CAPM from a financial and strategic perspective.

The free course also illustrates the implications regarding the selection of the inputs to the DVM and CAPM. Finally, the impact of using the beta measure in the CAPM will be discussed in the course.

Assessment

This course does not involve any written exams. Students need to answer 5 assignment questions to complete the course, the answers will be in the form of written work in pdf or word. Students can write the answers in their own time. Each answer needs to be 200 words (1 Page). Once the answers are submitted, the tutor will check and assess the work.
