The arrangement of words and phrases are needed to create well-constructed sentences and this is where syntax comes in.  This branch of linguistics has been present to communicate effectively.

Knowing advanced syntax topics will help improve your linguistics skills and this is helpful to those who find a career in the academe to be their best path. This [course_title] will discuss important topics in syntax including movement, phrase structure, and the architecture of grammar.

Assessment

This course does not involve any written exams. Students need to answer 5 assignment questions to complete the course, the answers will be in the form of written work in pdf or word. Students can write the answers in their own time. Each answer need to be 200 words (1 Page). Once the answers are submitted, the tutor will check and assess the work.
