Employment laws were set in place to guard employees against wrongdoing by their employers. Without the laws, employees would be unsafe to threats.

In this [course_title], you’ll know about the fundamental employment laws including discrimination, minimum wage, and workplace safety and health laws, employees compensation, child labor laws, etc. In addition to that, you’ll explore judicial, regulatory, and ethical issues between employer and employee relationship and union agreements.

Assessment

This course does not involve any written exams. Students need to answer 5 assignment questions to complete the course, the answers will be in the form of written work in pdf or word. Students can write the answers in their own time. Each answer needs to be 200 words (1 Page). Once the answers are submitted, the tutor will check and assess the work.

Certification
