Constitution refers to the fundamental rules governing the conduct of a nation-state and setting its concept, character, and structure. It helps to protect individual freedom and its basic fundamental principles limit the power of the government and establishes a system of checks and balances.
This [course_title] will help you compare the development of four nation-state constitutions from around the world such as South Africa, Germany, Canada and the United Kingdom. Additionally, you will understand the different functions of a constitution and how does it help us today.
Assessment
This course does not involve any written exams. Students need to answer 5 assignment questions to complete the course, the answers will be in the form of written work in pdf or word. Students can write the answers in their own time. Each answer needs to be 200 words (1 Page). Once the answers are submitted, the tutor will check and assess the work.
