Learn the practical techniques of project management with the [course_title] course.
The success of any project largely depends on project management. The course covers all the essential areas for managing a project efficiently. At first, you will learn the basics of Project Management that includes project management methodology, executing plans and more. Then you will learn the skills for becoming a skilled and efficient Project Manager.
The last part of the course deals with Scrum Master Training that helps project teams properly use Scrum. Scrum is a framework for Agile software development that manages the process of how information is exchanged.

Assessment
