Bad manners and poor etiquette can cost a lot. Because of poor etiquette, you can miss many prosing opportunities. The success of finding a project depends very much on proper etiquette and effective communication.

Throughout the Business Etiquette and Professionalism Training course, you will learn the basics of business etiquette and professionalism in the workplace. You will also be familiar with the principles of professional behaviour, interview etiquette and electronic etiquette. Finally, you will be able to know the proper ways of business planning, and the right strategies for conducting a meeting.

The purpose of the course is to train you or guide you to know the business etiquette so that you can enhance professionalism in the office environment and can grab the attraction of the [potential customers.

Assessment

This course does not involve any written exams. Students need to answer 5 assignment questions to complete the course, the answers will be in the form of written work in pdf or word. Students can write the answers in their own time. Each answer needs to be 200 words (1 Page). Once the answers are submitted, the tutor will check and assess the work.

Certification
