World trade and the global economy rely on international law, as it operates the activities needed to conduct business across borders, for example, financial transactions, transportation of goods or products.

The purpose of this [course_title] is to provide a bird’s-eye view of the central concept of international law, and essential concepts underpinning your study of international law. The course also highlights the appropriate knowledge and information about international legal personality, including the principles of sovereignty as well as jurisdiction.

Assessment

This course does not involve any written exams. Students need to answer 5 assignment questions to complete the course, the answers will be in the form of written work in pdf or word. Students can write the answers in their own time. Each answer needs to be 200 words (1 Page). Once the answers are submitted, the tutor will check and assess the work.
