Are you an athlete or someone who just loves sports? Or are you someone who is interested in becoming an athlete in the future? Either way, this course will be helpful to athletes or aspiring athletes to know the peak performance techniques which everyone should be aware!
Do you know that every one of us has potentials to become an athlete? In this course, you will be able to know the right diet and training course you should undergo. Your body type will be assessed to understand what type of diet and training should be appropriate for you. You will then be informed how to incorporate this into your lifestyle and continue to improve so that you will get used to all the diet and training you have to go through. In this course you will learn the necessary skills, knowledge and information about Athletic Training to become successful.
Assessment
This course does not involve any written exams. Students need to answer 5 assignment questions to complete the course, the answers will be in the form of written work in pdf or word. Students can write the answers in their own time. Each answer needs to be 200 words (1 Page). Once the answers are submitted, the tutor will check and assess the work.
Certification
